These terms govern container rentals from Trash Pandy LLC and your use of trashpandy.com. Booking a container means you accept them. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Trash Pandy LLC, and “you” means the person or business named on the booking.
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed once payment for the delivery is taken through our online booking system or over the phone. The person booking must have the right to place a container at the delivery address. If you are booking for somebody else’s property, that is your responsibility to arrange, not ours.
2. Delivery And Placement
You are responsible for making sure the container can be delivered: clear access, nothing parked in the way, and a placement spot agreed before the truck arrives. Almost all deliveries go on private property, which usually means the driveway.
A roll off truck is heavy. Driveways, curbs, lawns, septic fields and buried utilities can be damaged by the vehicle or by the container itself, even when everything is done carefully. By agreeing to placement you accept that risk, and Trash Pandy LLC is not liable for surface damage to the placement area or the route to it. Tell us in advance if any part of the route is a concern and we will look at alternatives.
3. Rental Period
Standard 10, 15, 20 and 30-yard rentals include one day. Concrete and fill rental periods are confirmed when booking. Call before collection if you need more time.
4. Pricing And Charges
Standard 10, 15, 20 and 30-yard dumpsters start at $200 for one day, with no included tonnage. Disposal is $140 per ton based on actual weight. Concrete and fill pricing is confirmed before booking.
Mattresses and box springs are $50 each for separate recycling. Optional loading service costs $120 per hour for a two-person crew and is separate from rental and disposal charges.
Every charge that can be added to your invoice is listed here:
| Charge | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Weight | $140 per ton on the 10, 15, 20 and 30 yard, on every ton. Charged from the certified scale ticket. |
| Extra days | Beyond the days included above. Quoted when you ask. |
| Restricted items | Tires, paint, large electronics and televisions carry a disposal fee. See what can go in a dumpster. |
| Wasted trip | If the truck arrives and cannot place or collect the container, for example a vehicle in the way or a locked gate. Quoted before we dispatch. |
| Contaminated fill load | If non fill material is put in the 10-yard fill and the load is refused at the tip. |
Rates published on this website are current at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.
5. Loading Limits
Two limits apply and neither is negotiable, because both are set outside this contract.
- The fill line. Nothing may sit above the top rail. An overloaded container cannot be legally tarped or transported, and we will ask you to remove material before we collect it.
- Legal axle weight. A load that puts the truck over the legal limit cannot leave your property, whatever the container size.
The 10-yard fill is fill material only: fill material only: concrete, dirt, sod and asphalt. A single bag of household waste in a fill load causes the whole load to be refused at the tip, and the contaminated load charge in Section 4 applies.
6. Prohibited Materials
Hazardous waste, asbestos, liquids, fuel, oil, wet paint, batteries, medical waste and pressurised cylinders must never be placed in a container. If prohibited material is found, you remain responsible for the cost of dealing with it, including any fine or special handling charge passed on to us. When in doubt, ask before you load it.
7. Cancellation
Call as early as you can to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation made before the container is dispatched can normally be refunded in full. Once a truck is loaded and on the road, the wasted trip charge in Section 4 may apply.
8. Liability
Once the container is on your property, its contents and safe use are your responsibility until we collect it, including anything added to it by other people. Trash Pandy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as project delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
10. Changes And Contact
We may update these terms, and the version published when you book is the one that applies to your rental. Questions go to our contact page. How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy.
Not Sure If Something Is Allowed?
Ask before you load it. A two minute call is cheaper than a refused load.
