Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Trash Pandy LLC collects when you use trashpandy.com, why we collect it, and who else sees it. It covers this website and the booking system we run through it. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Trash Pandy LLC.

1. Information You Give Us

When you book a container, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the details needed to actually do the job:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The delivery address, and any notes about access or placement.
• The size, dates and description of what you are throwing away.
• Payment details, which go directly to our booking processor and are described in Section 3.

We ask for this because we cannot deliver a container without it. If you would rather not enter it on a website, call us and we will take the booking by phone.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

3. Booking And Payment

Bookings and payments are handled by iCANS, a third party booking platform, through a secure frame on our booking page. Card details are submitted directly to iCANS and their payment processor. Trash Pandy LLC never sees or stores your full card number. iCANS holds your booking history and invoices under its own privacy terms.

4. Analytics, Advertising And Call Tracking

We advertise on Google and we measure whether those adverts work. Two things follow from that, and you should know about both.

Google Ads conversion tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking on this site. This includes recording when a visitor taps or clicks our phone number. That action is reported to Google Ads so we can tell which adverts produce real enquiries. It tells us that a call was started from a particular advert or page. It does not, by itself, record the conversation.

Google Maps and Google Business Profile

Our service area pages embed Google Maps, and we display our Google reviews. Google may set cookies through those embeds whether or not you interact with them.

Additional tools

We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These collect the technical information in Section 2 and the pages you visit, and they do not collect your name or contact details.

Some calls to our published number may be recorded or routed through a tracking number so we can review service quality and measure advertising. If you would rather your call was not handled that way, say so at the start of the call, or contact us in writing instead.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours are used to keep the site functioning and to support the measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the booking frame from working properly. You can also control personalised advertising through your Google account settings.

6. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the business: our booking and payment platform, our advertising and analytics providers, and anyone we are legally required to disclose it to. Our drivers receive the address and access notes for the job they are doing, and nothing more.

7. How Long We Keep It

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

8. Your Choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to our contact page or email the address at the top of this policy and we will respond.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging waste removal. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. Our service terms are on the terms and conditions page.
